Investigator's Guide to the Justice System - 1 Credit Hour
In this course you will learn how the criminal process works in the American judicial system. We will follow the steps taken from investigation of a potential crime to the appeal of a conviction. We will also consider the similarities and differences between the federal process and those of various states.
This course is approved for the following states: Alabama, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota (CPD 449), Montana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee.
