4 Pillars of Trust: Ethics For Legal Investigators - 1 Credit Hour
4 Pillars of Trust: Ethics For Legal Investigators is a one credit course designed to satisfy the ethics requirements of state licensing boards. In this course we will begin with a review of professional ethics, compare the ethical norms of private investigators and attorneys, and combine both to form a hybrid ethical standard aimed at legal investigators. These are the four pillars: Conflict of Interest, Confidentiality, Act Lawfully, and Perform Services Within Your Competence.
This course is approved for the following states: Alabama, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee.
